Dress comfortably and wear shoes that you do not mind getting wet. Sunglasses and a hat are recommended, and sunscreen if desired. Don’t forget an adventurous spirit!

Kayaking is a sport that does not require prior experience. With brief instruction, you will be off and paddling. We offer mild paddling tours to ambitious paddling. The “Little Boats” have proven to be easier to paddle and more stable than canoes. Along with traditional kayaks, we offer Hobie Mirage® kayaks (kayaks propelled by a gliding pedal motion). Also, a guide is available to assist you.

Year-round (except Chistmas Day), and weather permitting. Every day’s schedule is different as we try to keep a variety of options available. Call to schedule your tour!

We are located in Fernandina Beach, Florida on Amelia Island, in Nassau County and conveniently located near Jacksonville, FL. We meet our guests at the location of the reserved tour.

Safety is our main objective. Since kayaking is a water sport, a light shower will not cancel a tour, however storms and lightning will. We inform our guests if there are any changes to the scheduled tour.

Under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in a tandem kayak. We do have family friendly options and complimentary jump seats for little ones.

Limited to 275 lbs., however, we have kayaks to fit most needs. Please call us if you have any questions.
